Discussion
I think Miekko made the point on his blog (when I borrow I'll make mention wherever as possible) that there is limited use for the specification of phones and phonemes in a conlang. If I understand, then what remains are underspecified. Therefore I am coining a new word by analogy.

dialect:diaphonemes
idiolect:idiophonemes

English dialects have different phonological and often phonemic representations for their vowels. This will likely be true for people coming from different backgrounds, as in Esperanto. I see no reason to harp on pronunciation so I'm sorry to disappoint but there will likely be no phonological interpretation/discussion for this language.

Stress may or may not be an idiolectical phenomenon.
