Each further division splits each of the previous categories into sixteen, one for each of the gods.  The third division has 256 (16x16) categories, the fourth 4096 (256x16), and so on.  In theory this can continue indefinitely, allowing the fine grading and sorting of the nature of any individual object or concept.

The Second Language makes use of the 3rd and 4th divisions (as well as the 1st and 2nd).
