iiuc Safirians have more than two arms whereas hoomins and halfies have two, right?
are safirians, as the name suggest, dominant? cause if so, i'd expect the uniforms to be made with more arms in mind and then adapted to two-armed people, as opposed to these which look rather dibrachiocentric.

Safir have four arms, yes, and half-safir do indeed have only two arms. Safir are indeed the dominant sapient species of Daia; this uniform only depicts half-safir because I can't into drawing, so I couldn't add the other pair of arms. :/
