This is a classic example of how the Lilitai more or less said "meh" when it came time to figure out standard conventions for employing pragmatics. There are some other, more terrible ways of laying out this sentence (as well as ways that do not use a profanity to describe the act of winning a lottery) but you don't really want to endure those.

This is also a great example of topic marking in action: within each parallel clause, the first noun is the one to which the "which" applies.

...and yes, "father" is a feminine noun in Lilitika. Still.
