Choromancy
Spaaaaaaaaaaace!

The manipulation of space has many interesting applications. Teleportation services are offered by any mage guild branch worth a damn, as an alternative to dangerous underworld travel. Though, it is usually more expensive, because necromancers are more common than choromancers, because, as a nonelemental school, choromancy is more esoteric and difficult to master. Choromancers are no slouch in combat, either, capable of feats such as deflecting arrows by bending or folding the space around them, or constricting or pulling the space in which an enemy combatant stands. Choromancy is also great for storage and hiding, especially at the same time.

One interesting result of the development of Choromancy is that Toletskan scientists have come to understand the nature of gravity as curvature in space1 rather than a force as postulated by Zarcosian scientists.

1. Yes, I know, it's spacetime, but Late Third Age scientists are nowhere near close to understanding that.
