Yes, it is this time of year again, and by "this time of year" I mean "somebody on IRC was like 'hey guys we should diplomacy'". Since it did not work out the last time for various reasons let us hope we can get something going this time.
I will be GM, like last time; that leaves 7 players. If we can get enough players together I will randomly assign countries and start the clock — I figure 2 days per move and one per build or retreat should be okay as a standard rate.
Also, pls remember that anybody dropping out basically irrevocably destroys the game so don't.
