NB: the text based phoneme inventory has this:

"Where ~ appears, it indicates free variation between phonemes.

Affricates: ts – /t͡s~t͡ʃ/, tl – /t͡l~ t͡ɬ/
Continuants: s – /s~ʃ/, h – /h~ɦ/, l – /l~r/"

So would that even be allophony, really?
