Disallowed 3.5 Classes

Anything with the same name as a Pathfinder class.
Crusader - Unnecessary, as all other melee classes have martial initiation.
Duskblade - Redundant with Magus.
Eidolon - I don't think the incorporeal ghost touch whatever shit will really work well, here. Also, likely to be confused with the Summoner's eidolon.
Eidoloncer - I don't think the incorporeal ghost touch whatever shit will really work well, here. Also, likely to be confused with the Summoner's eidolon.
Incarnate - That shit's too complicated.
Knight - Redundant with Cavalier.
Soulborn - That shit's too complicated.
Spirit Shaman - Redundant with Shaman.
Swordsage - Unnecessary, as all other melee classes have martial initiation.
Totemist - That shit's too complicated.
Truenamer - Horribly, sadly, brokenly underpowered.
Warblade - Unnecessary, as all other melee classes have martial initiation.

"Matrix, what about Prestige Classes?"

I'm not going through all 5789345679283 of the damn things. If you want one, just talk to me.

"Matrix, what about Third Party Classes?"

Again, I'm not gonna bother listing any of that shit here. Talk to me about it, and we'll see. Be warned, though, that if you can't get me a PDF or webpage, or whatever, containing the material you want to use, it is categorically disallowed. I want to be able to see whatever this thing is for myself.

Bardic Music

It works like it does in 3.5. This does not apply to the Skald's raging song, however, as it is more of a rage effect.

Gunslinger

Because of the availability of firearms, the Gunslinger loses the gunsmith class feature and instead gains the gun training class feature at 1st level.

The Gunslinger also has a martial stance progression as Warblade, with access to any two schools.

Martial Initiator Progressions for Pathfinder Melee Classes

() = that class' allowed schools

Antipaladin: as Crusader (Devoted Spirit, Stone Dragon, Tiger Claw)
Barbarian: as Warblade (Desert Wind, Iron Heart, Tiger Claw)
Bloodrager: half Warblade (any two of Desert Wind, Iron Heart, Tiger Claw)
Brawler: as Warblade (any three schools)
Cavalier: as swordsage (Devoted Spirit, Iron Heart, Stone Dragon, White Raven)
Fighter: as Warblade (any three schools)
Hunter: half Warblade, starting from 4th level (any two of Diamond Mind, Tiger Claw, White Raven)
Magus: half Warblade, starting from 4th level (any two of Desert Wind, Diamond Mind, Iron Heart, Setting Sun, Shadow Hand, Tiger Claw, White Raven)
Monk: as Swordsage (any three of Desert Wind, Devoted Spirit, Diamond Mind, Setting Sun, Shadow Hand, Tiger Claw, White Raven)
Ninja: as Swordsage (any three of Desert Wind, Setting Sun, Shadow Hand, Tiger Claw)
Paladin: as Crusader (Devoted Spirit, Stone Dragon, White Raven)
Ranger: as Warblade (Devoted Spirit, Diamond Mind, Tiger Claw)
Rogue: as Warblade (Diamond Mind, Setting Sun, Shadow Hand)
Samurai: as Swordsage (Devoted Spirit, Iron Heart, Stone Dragon, White Raven)
Slayer: as Warblade (Diamond Mind, Setting Sun, Shadow Hand)
Swashbuckler: as Warblade (Desert Wind, Iron Heart, Setting Sun)
Warpriest: half Crusader, starting from 4th level (any two schools, should fit with your god)

All of these classes gain Martial Lore as a class skill.
Half of a progression means that the numbers+Maneuvers Known, Maneuvers Readied, Stances Known on the table for the referenced class in the Tome of Battle are cut in half, rounding down, minimum 1.
"Starting from 4th level" means that the progression only begins at 4th level - before 4th level, that class does not have access to maneuvers or stances, nor do those first three levels count towards the initiator level of a character of that class.
So, a 4th level Warpriest has an initiator level of 1, 2 maneuvers known, 2 maneuvers readied, 1 initially available readied maneuver, and 1 stance known.

Prepared Spellcasting Progressions

All prepared spellcasters now work like the Arcanist:
A prepared spellcaster must prepare her spells ahead of time, but her spells are not expended when they're cast. Instead, she can cast any spell that she has prepared, consuming a spell slot of the appropriate level, assuming she hasn't yet used up her spell slots per day for that level. This, however, does not apply to domain spell slots. Domain spell slots are fully spontaneous, but can only be used to cast a domain spell of the appropriate level.
