This is how it works:

1. Consider the previous word's pronounciation and create a new meaning for it.
2. Write a word from any of your conlangs with its IPA pronounciation.

It's the sort of tortured thing you'd see in a book of quotations that no one would ever say out loud. The existence of a gnomic imperative as a separate verb mood (i.e., that which should be done, generally) is kind of a grammatical joke. Illeran is a weird, poetic dialect.
