Isternat, top. A region and former imperial province in the middle Alezant river, between the Ruvai and the Northern Moors. A land of barbarized peoples, it gave instability to the ancient Dhammaratian core lands until emperor Dirmas I conquered and annexed it to the early Dhammaratian Empire in the 5620s.
