Despite not getting up early and having a massive knot in my back (just below the right scapula), and burning my bagel because the toaster was set to 450 and not 300, I feel pretty good.

I made dinner for my new BFF, the one I helped move away from her abusive ex. Lebanese marinated chicken (paprika, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, basil), oven-roasted chickpeas (in garlic, olive oil, red pepper) on rice with green beans, and fresh chopped tomatoes, cilantro, and red onion, with tzatziki. It was fucking incredible.
