Hi. Rhetorica here again.

I created an image macro, months ago, specifically for this sort of occasion. It looks like this:



As you can see, I don't generally think highly of people running off from communities for personal reasons! But in this case, cough cough unlike obsequiousnewt who totally ran off for no reason and is a complete dork cough cough, it's because I have a bunch of work to do that simply isn't getting done. Part of that is a bunch of personal drama that no one really needs to hear, and part of it is because I've allowed secondary obligations and hobbies to rule me rather than focusing on my professional responsibilities. So for the next few months I'm going to be at a distance—accessible via private message if the server catches fire, but not part of the community. Hopefully, this won't be too much of a problem.

But what about the community, you ask! After a whole five minutes of contemplating a MAD-based duovir between Nessari and pthagnar, or Cev and pthagnar, or literally anyone else with Nort or pthagnar, I settled on simply appointing the most readily available native German speaker, because as we all know, German speakers never cause trouble.

So, until further notice, the famous globetrotter Hallow XIII will be the deputy admin! He'll have full control over anything on the site, so feel free to ask him to fix or break whatever you like. Yes, that includes adding stupid CSS to forum posts, if he can figure out how. (Hint: #post_<id> div { background: pink !important })
