We have 12, 11, and 11 centers, and everyone's fronts are well fortified. For any one of us to get from here to an outright win would be tedious and take a damned long time. So this would be a good point at which to declare a three-way shared victory / draw.

Rad: I don't mind either way to be honest. Even though "everyone's fronts are well fortified" is an outright lie as far as I can see. Whether that's a lie depends on exactly what you mean by a "front". 
Either way there is no path forward that isn't going to take at least three more game years. And I personally would rather wrap up the game sooner than that.
