When you submit an edit to a language with a URL-unsafe character in its name, it tries to redirect to the /?<languagename> page and 404s instead. Kànnow goes to [url]http://anthologi.ca/?K%C3%83%C2%A0nnow[/url]. (But [url]http://anthologi.ca/Kànnow[/url] works fine.)

'most recent article/language edit' on the front page maybe? since once we get more users the rate of language addition will presumably drop by a lot
though i like the "any sketch you come up with, no matter how un-detailed, ends up in your conworld" that the site implicitly enforces, since that's what i've been doing
