Yeah, I first ran into it in like 1998, and the only thing that's changed since then that wasn't cosmetic so far as I could tell is the url and the [http://nuristan.info/Current.html|local situation update.]
So apparently getting a legal name change (in NY) is more involved than I was lead to believe. I don't just need a petition, but also an Application for Judicial Index Number and a Request for Judicial Intervention (in triplicate). To make things worse, these forms don't make any sense, like as in I don't understand what needs to go where.

On the other hand, I took the day off, so I got to have lunch with one of my friends who I haven't really hung out with in a while. S...

It's not "back back, way in the back" but it's definitely not fronted as much as what you're talking about
So far as I'm concerned, yes it does count in this discussion. My dialect is a hell of a lot more similar to yours than it is to the EST folks'.
you hate digraphs with fiery passion, and yet you must have only symbols that may be easily typed w/ vanilla xcompose

you are a picky mistress
Actually I got my IPA input working again. And theoretically I know how Xcompose works now, I just have to figure out why it isn't.

But yeah, I am pretty damn picky at times :s

If that is so (and I'm not doubting you by saying this), then I'm quite impressed. My desktop case is 12-14 years old; there's nothing inside it that's still original, and several pieces have been replaced twice or three times.

You should look into Notepad++. It loses none of the functionality of Notepad[note]frankly something that did would be quite an achievement.[/note] while gaining a whole lot more, without losing the ability to just use it simply. And it's a hell of a lot faster and more stable at opening huge files than Notepad.
