So apparently the water heater in this house can't heat more than 10min worth of shower water without 4-5+ hours' lead time.

Yeah, with T levels in the toilet now I'm starting to get regrowth on all the blighted spots up top :) almost two inches with not quite 6 months on blockers. We'll see if it's enough, but I'm optimistic.
