Agglutinative Latin (2015-05-03 22:29:06) :
Well, the -r- seems to be more indicative of perfectivity compared to -v-. Also less confusion between -r- and -b-:
1st conj
amav-i-t
amav-er-a-t
amav-er-i-t
2nd conj
monu-i-t
monu-er-a-t
monu-er-i-t
Even the 3rd conjugation doesn't even have -v-
leg-i-t
leg-er-a-t
leg-er-i-t
4th conj
audiv-i-t
audiv-er-a-t
audiv-er-i-t

Agglutinative Latin :
For a dead ancient language, Latin had a pretty neat conjugation.
I thought a bit and I wonder if I can make it even neater. So... here it is, an agglutinative Latin:
[Indicative]
Aspect:
- Non Perfect: -b-
- Perfect: -r-
Tense:
-Present: -u-
-Past: -a-
-Future: -i-
//I failed to find a general pattern for number here. So number and person is still fused.
Person

-2sg: -s-
-3sg: -t-
-1pl: -mus-

Hello.
I'm having the same problem as Morrigan. The system doesn't seem to be allowing me to update my avatar. Seems like you're really working hard at this to get everything up and running, Rhetorica. There's no rush. I'm glad that you've decided to do something like this for the conlanging community. :D

dhoklang Scratchpad (2015-04-25 17:30:39) :
[15:17] <dhok> now I want to get back to that romance language spoken in the Azores that loses contact with the mainland by 400 AD
[15:17] <dhok> and retreats back to the neolithic
[15:18] <dhok> so it doesn't participate in many of the pan-Romance changes that occur in the early Middle Ages
[15:18] <dhok> like breaking of *ɛ *ɔ (tbf Portuguese didn't do that one either)
[15:19] <dhok> you could probably keep a small case distinction too
