An example doesn't really matter, if you want just imagine what crappily-translated Latin would be and substitute as-needed.

You might make decent to great Mexican, I dunno; if we're ever in the same area I'd love to find out, either way (I doubt you make TexMex if you care at all about heat and quality of the dish).
