Test thread! (2014-01-31 20:12:47) :
Characters in Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols get stripped out, it seems. Or does it just choke on them? There should be some here:
There were other tests in here, in which I determined that full-width and Cherokee both work, and noted that I can make blank posts -- but I added some characters that it does not like above, and now the records of those tests have vanished into the ether, lost like whichever ephemeral thing the stock phrase which I cannot currently remember contains. ...

Bugs and missing features (2014-01-31 17:55:02) :
In the dictionary export feature in some lines the tabs that are supposed to be inserted are missing, meaning that the export file cannot be reimported as-is.

Progress on the Voynich Manuscript (!?) (2014-01-30 19:08:16) :
There's already been some progress made on the Voynich manuscript -- there are two separate 'languages', that much is known. (Though they may be different hands / conventions of the same language -- my guess is two different ligature conventions, since the 'gallows' are the only ones with significantly different distributions between the two hands.)
I vaguely recall hearing something about positional frequency: some letters can only appear initially, and some only finally. Tone letters?...
