The language was originally a English-Hawai'ian hybrid called Sērēdonīn. This is a text in Sērēdonīn, with the translation:
te'e kokōrē ŭkōrē sērēdonī ārēnstĕ te'e farde ārēunterēes sēn āhte'ove. ekluĕ āld ohveta spēk te'e terēditīnal sērēdonīn, kārēhīlā berēalāon ī ferēnārē-sērēdonīn āld kārēalātēlātārēdge ī agārēalā-sērēdonīn.
The map of seradonia consists of the 4 countries seen above. ekluĕ and ohveta speak the traditional seradonian, while Brulion is franco-Seradonian and welridge is anglo-Seradonian.
This is the only existing record I have of the first draft; It was ripped from my old DeviantART page (The artwork is called "World map of Seradonia", if you're curious). I know, it looks terrible. not only that, it's practically a cypher of English. But I then had an idea: this could be a proto-lang! after ten thousand simulated years of linguistic evolution, I came up with the current draft of Tsëmi.
Here is the same text in Tsëmi:
Ordivigè qartom SERADVEÄ dam san ka'ir qontanor vidriki maselo. Rigwaši EQLEY-qut é ŌVET-qut san SERADVEÄMARIČ-qut, putula ésè BRULÖN FRANKOSERADVEÄ-qut é ËṘIČ ANGLOSERADVEÄ-qut.
Tsëmi is an a-priori language native to the planet Išnakey. it is one of the four main languages in the Marudükni family, along with Ishaatki (almost identical to Išnakey in grammar), Vørstæn (sounds like Danish), and Mu5ńau3 (A tonal language)
