If the OP has really used the LCK, as is claimed, then IPA should already be in the mix. The OP mentions "I mostly created small phrase sets or ciphers", so, it seems likely to me that the OP does not have a deep understanding of what/how to do this thing, or is simply interested in "trying to make a full language for the zebra empire and submit it for Overmare Studios to use in their game." which Overmare Studios has most probably not solicited nor would be interested in.
