Hey, speaking of which, what's up with that? Saturday has been theoretically banned since like, 2007 or so, if most of that period unenforcedly. And yet there he remains, out on the sidelines, somewhere in the nebulous ætherspace of the interstices of the community, always ready to interject with his patented abusively dismissive tetrahydrocannabinol-driven sludge. I can remember a time, way back when, when I hated him; now, he seems like a missing member of the family. Where is he? What's up with this ostracism shit? We used to be able to talk candy-making - I've never met anybody else in a position to appreciate the trouble I go to to make proper divinity, for example. (And I always meant to ask him sometime for advice about our family's traditional fudge recipe, since it always fails due to crystalizing too fucking soon.) Also, last time it was put to a vote in the channel, the "ban" side didn't seem to have any better argument than "because it makes Cev unhappy". And I hate to make Cev unhappy - the boy has had more than his fair share of shit - but jeebus cricso, I strenuously object to being asked to choose between people I like and I strenuously object to the so-called "argument" that that isn't what I was being asked to do when I voted.
