Think of graphical editors as a super-sweet car that runs fast and smooth but has horrible gas mileage and breaks down badly every week or two. Follow Sam's advice, it's not too hard to learn to use those (and learning at least the basics of html will serve you well on the internet).

And stop thinking Macs are special. They're not and haven't been for well over a decade (and they weren't in anything like the way you're thinking before that, either). Everything that's told you they are is product branding from Apple, or the result of that.
