human.

ariadn, [æɾɪ'anː], n. human, human being.

usage: Both a strong and a weak noun.

etymology: From a reconstructed *avirayanna, reflected in Ael Ayvrianna, the original human autonym for the humans that landed on Aerglè. Of dubious origin and meaning, although it seems to contain avir "air" (see Oel aver "air"), perhaps in the sense of "sky" or "cosmos".
