On the Verb Forms in New Elite

Verbs in New Elite aren't anything special, in fact their forms are remarkably similar to the deprecated SPMR standard and to the Old Elite dialects. What makes them unique though, is the accommodating nature with which the standard handles them. Each tense has at least two recognized ways to inflect, which may have trivial semantic differences but wildly unexpected grammatical implications. Hence, documenting it is in itself a cumbersome task. Fortunately, we have a surprising amount of uniformity in the forms inflections take through out the language.

A simple inflected form can be expressed as [Stem] + [Tense Marker] + [Person/Number Marker]
