καλο, /ka.lɔ/, adj. good, proper, right
usage: καλο describes things that are good or correct, or happen according to expectation; κα̨ρο describes things that are good or fortuitous, or happened not according to expectation. A good rule of thumb is that καλο is used of opinions formed before the fact, and κα̨ρο of opinions formed after the fact.
