I am not particularly inclined to give you anything given your recent very successful efforts to piss me off but as you play Italy I shall be merciful and allow this.

Note though that if I were waiting for a replacement Germany I would say so (I mean it's kinda important innit) and that if you go around making unqualified assumptions it's on your head (see also the unqualified assumption that attempting to replace the current player of Turkey behind the backs if both them and the GM is okay, and the unqualified assumptions that led you to consider this in the first place – perhaps you should stop assuming?).

Oh and just for clarity: we're not waiting for a replacement Germany until after the builds.
