No advice from me; my hair is mad thick, but fortunately it's pleasantly wavy. I need better haircare products to maintain the correct balance of oils; the shampoo I'm using tends to dry it out.
Today's good news is that my free testosterone levels are down to 14 ng/dl which is amazing; total is 125, which is still much better than the 300 it was a few months ago.
I think that means my hormone profile looks pretty normal for a woman who is not currently ovulating.

That really sucks, I'm incredibly sensitive to noises, especially voices. I do sleep with earplugs in sometimes, while running a fan if necessary. Or playing red noise on my computer to drown out the lower range.

I'm kind of excited; we didn't always get along, but I'm more comfortable with her than the one I had started seeing, and she's more experienced and seemed better at dealing with my (rather serious) emotional problems.

I can't believe I'm at work already, and I've had gotten here sooner but I had to look extra cute. (Originally written at 8:20am, but I didn't post it because I got busy doing my actual job...)
I'm going back to see my old counselor this afternoon, and the last time she saw me, I was a gross, angry boy, so I want to look my best. I'll take pictures when I get home.
I can't believe I'm at work already, and I've had gotten here sooner but I had to look extra cute. (Originally written at 8:20am, but I didn't post it because I got busy doing my actual job...)

I never got very far in terms of composing texts, so vocabulary was always pretty limited on my languages, other than basic material culture, and the physical world. And basically, anything that occurs in the PIE lexicon...
