Hmm... Well, I wouldn't [i]think[/i] they'd be, but it really only takes me one trip to the mall or peek at [i]Vogue[/i] to make me realize I should not be speaking from authority about the fashion industry's whims.
I can say, however, that conlangers are a peculiar bunch and probably likely to welcome the option of a backing or engraving for the classic symmetry it would provide, not being all that fashion-conscious on average anyway.

Sorry about the permissions issue; when I fixed a slew of permissions issues about a week ago, I missed the case where language families received new wiki pages. From now on, new wiki pages will be fully at the mercy of all group members, and users will need to restrict them as desired rather than permit access, as is already the case with all other universe-related entries.

Sped up the forums: the code that was supposed to mark posts as having been read wasn't updating the last read post correctly, causing a workload roughly equivalent to everyone not having visited the site since February.
