The upper tiny green is Galilee or, more precisely, Israel's [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northern_District_%28Israel%29|Northern District]. Lebanon is dark blue.
But I guess if meficat is asking that because Israel's green shade looks a lil' more shiny or lighter to him than the 'large' green (Europe & Muslimland). That may be because Israel's green (which is the same shade as 'large green') is surrounded by a darker blue color, causing the effect of being a lighter shade to our eyes.

Israel is the tiny little green sliver in the sea of blue on the northwest coast of Asia Minor. (Although I think the upper tiny green bit might be of Lebanon?)
